In an effort to simplify our Shipping and Returns Policy at Allegro Music Company we offer the following Information.

Many companies offer a laundry list of qualifications to offer what is perceived as "Free Shipping". We do not build the cost of shipping into our prices in a effort to give you the lowest price possible.

* Low Price Guarantee - If you find a verifiable price lower than our advertised price within 30 days of purchase we will match or beat that price using the exact same specifications.

2. Smaller items will be shipped USPS. Most items will be shipped UPS ground. Large items may be shipped by Freight Companies. Method of shipment will be determined by Allegro Music Company or Customer preference.

3. We make every attempt to ship items within 48 hours of the order, however some items must be special ordered and shipped factory direct. Order confirmation and shipping details will be sent to the customer in the form of an email after the order is placed. 4. Items shipped outside the lower 48 states or to APO/FPO addresses my require additional fees, applicable duties and taxes.

5. Express shipping is available upon request and additional fees may apply.

At this time we are pleased to be able to offer FREE SHIPPING on qualifying purchased orders. Qualifying orders will be marked as such at the time of checkout and *Special Charges* will still apply to this offer. This offer is limited and subject to change at any time

Returns:

All returns must have an RA (Return Authorization) Number. To obtain an RA number please email sales@allegromusic.co or call 281 534 7606. Once you obtain an RA Number please ship the item prepaid and insured via UPS, FedEx, USPS to:

All returns must have the following information:

• RA (Return Authorization) Number
• Original Order Number/Invoice Number
• Request for Refund or Exchange
• Detailed Reason for the Return

Returns must be requested within thirty (30) days from the date of the original purchase and merchandise must be returned in the original condition with all packaging and included accessories (i.e. box, packing material, owner's manual, power supply, warranty cards, etc.). The original sales receipt or packing slip must accompany all returns.

* We do not accept COD Shipments.

Returns that may not be accepted by Allegro Music Company:

1. Music Software, Videos, Media, and Sheet Music.

2. Special Ordered Merchandise.

3. Mouth Blown Merchandise.

4. Strings
